Everyone puts the boot (100) into the pot and gets 3 cards face down.
On your turn you can stay Blind (cards unseen) or tap See to look at them.
Blind players bet the current stake; seen players bet double. Raise doubles the stake.
Pack to fold. The last player left, or the best hand at a show, wins the pot.

Show: when only two players are left, pay your bet and both hands are compared.
Sideshow: a seen player can ask the previous seen player to compare privately. If they accept, the weaker hand packs.
On a tie, the player who asked for the show or sideshow loses.
When the pot reaches the pot limit, everyone left shows automatically.
