The game

• Steer the snake to the food. Each bite is worth 10 points and makes the snake one longer.
• Don't run into your own body. With Walls on the edge of the screen is deadly too; with Wrap round you come out on the other side.
• Every 5th bite a bonus appears. It blinks and disappears after a while, so be quick: it's worth 50 points.
• The snake speeds up a little every 4 bites.

Controls

• Swipe anywhere on the board, tap the D-pad, or use the arrow keys or W A S D.
• You can line up two quick turns in a row (for a tight U-turn); the snake never turns straight back on itself.
• Space or the middle button pauses. Esc opens the menu.
• The snake waits at the start until you swipe or press a direction.

Options

• Speed: Slow, Normal or Fast to start with.
• Mode: Classic is an open board. Maze adds rocks in one of four layouts (Pillars, Bars, Box, Corners), picked at random each game.
• Look: the green Nokia LCD or a colourful Modern board. You can switch it in the menu at any time.
• Your best score is saved on this device, separately for every speed, walls and mode setting.
